NFL fans and Swifties think Jason Kelce made a deliberate Taylor Swift reference while speaking about his relationship with the city of Philadelphia during his retirement speech.
Jason held a press conference on Monday afternoon, announcing his retirement from football after 13 seasons all spent with the Eagles.
The former center got very emotional in front of reporters, as well as his family and friends, as he let the world know he was walking away from the game that’s given so much to him.
He took some time to discuss his bond with his younger brother, using some clever wordplay when it came to his nod to Philly.
“I found my career being fulfilled in the City of Brotherly Love, I knew that relationship all too well,” he said.
Social media reckons the “all too well” at the end had everything to do with Taylor, who released the song “All Too Well” in 2012.

Taylor Swift fans think the “all too well” remark was a subtle reference to his brother’s girlfriend.
“Jason Kelce just dropped an “all too well” into his retirement speech. He’s the King of the Swifties. Forever,” one fan said.

Did Jason really mean to do that? We may never find out. But both Kelce brothers have a way with words, so who knows?
