Patrick Mahomes‘ fiancée is now taking her negative issues with social media and turning it into something positive by creating “Team Brittany” shirts for an anti-bullying charity.
Brittany Matthews has been getting blasted on social media ever since video showed her spraying champagne on fans at Arrowhead Stadium after the Chiefs’ overtime thriller victory over the Bills last weekend. After stating how much she continues to get attacked, she spoke with Charlie Hustle, a local t-shirt designer and seller, about making “Team Brittany” shirts.
“Me and my team have decided to try to turn this buzz into something and something good for the Kansas City community,” Matthews said.
“We have decided that part of the proceeds from the sales of this shirt are gonna go to Red Card KC which is a local charity here in Kansas City that works to prevent bullying.”
“I do receive a lot of hate on a daily basis on social media and I know so so so many other people do as well,” Matthews said.
“That’s why I’m just proud to partner with this company and get behind this cause and hopefully push everything into the right direction and start spreading some more positivity on all of these platforms.”

Despite the hate and dislike, Matthews will again be attendance for the Chiefs game against the Bengals at Arrowhead stadium where the winner will be headed to the Super Bowl.
Social media was quick to respond and didn’t seem to happy about this… Here is what they had to say.
Nobody wants a damn team Brittany shirt. ???? Just donate to the charity instead.

I’ve come to the conclusion we are stuck in this until Mahomes retires. I don’t like it. I don’t accept it. But here we are.

girl, create a shirt that has an inspiring message about anti-bullying then. don’t plaster your name all over a shirt that says, “team brittany” as if there are sides to bullying. you need a new PR person, holy bananas.
