The Week 16 schedule in the NFL features games on four straight days, including a Saturday triple-header. Only one problem is that one of those games cannot be seen on television. For just the second time ever, the NFL has given exclusive rights to a game to an internet company.
The only way to watch the Cardinals vs. 49ers is by streaming it through Amazon Prime or Twitch. The only other time the league has allowed a streaming company to air a game came in 2017 when Yahoo was given rights to a Ravens-Jaguars game that was played in London.
Viewers that are in-market in San Francisco or Arizona will still be able to watch the division contest on their usual networks.
Twitter user took to the popular social media site and blasted the league for making this decision.
