Social Media Reacts To The Latest Drew Brees Speculation (TWEET)

Given everything that happened last season, could Drew Brees actually think about coming back for at least one more season?

The New Orleans Saints quarterback has yet to announce his retirement although he is widely expected to make that decision. The 42-year-old has missed a total of nine games over the past two seasons due to various injuries.

Saints head coach Sean Payton told the media at the beginning of February that he expected an announcement from Brees in a “week, week and a half.” It has now been way longer than that and it has sent social media into a frenzy.
