As previously noted, Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen appear to be headed towards a divorce.
Citing sources, Page Six reported on Tuesday that Brady and Bündchen “have retained divorce lawyers.” One source told Page Six that the two “are looking at dividing their assets.”
TMZ shared photos of Bündchen heading to a gym in Miami, one day after Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost a home game to the Kansas City Chiefs. Another thing noteworthy: Bündchen isn’t wearing her wedding ring.

For several months, multiple reports have detailed friction between their marriage. Brady and Bündchen have been married since 2009, and they have a son and a daughter together. The seven-time Super Bowl champion also has a son from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
Brady announced his retirement from football on Feb. 1, just over a week after Tampa Bay lost to the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Divisional Round. 40 days later, however, the three-time league MVP announced that he was coming back for a 23rd season.
In a recent interview with ELLE, Bündchen expressed concern over Brady’s decision to continue playing football, citing the violence of the sport.
Brady was granted an 11-day absence from Buccaneers training camp earlier this summer. Personal reasons were cited as the reason why, though the 45-year-old Brady didn’t offer any details following his return to the team.
Though Brady led the NFL in passing yards and passing touchdowns last season, he’s off to a relatively slow start here in 2022. Brady has 1,058 passing yards and six touchdowns against one interception, with three of those TDs coming against the Chiefs.
Tampa Bay will try to end a two-game losing skid when they host the Atlanta Falcons at Raymond James Stadium this Sunday.
