FOX didn’t bother to include the Los Angeles Rams on the graphic for their upcoming Week 12 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, and social media had a lot to say.
For their “America’s Game of the Week” program, FOX will always show a graphic of players from both teams for the matchup. But as pointed out by Ari Meirov of Pro Football Focus, FOX didn’t even bother to include anyone Rams references whatsoever. No logos, no players, no team name. Nothing.
Instead, the graphic shows only Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Was it a simply overlooked miscue by the folks at FOX? Who knows, but there were plenty of hilarious reactions to the graphic from social media. Here are some of the best.

Granted, this game simply doesn’t have the same excitement as hype today compared to when the schedule first game out. The Rams will be without starting quarterback Matthew Stafford (in concussion protocol), superstar wide receiver cooper Kupp (high ankle sprain).
Bryce Perkins, who joined the Rams as an undrafted free agent in 2020, is expected to start the game. The 26-year-old saw limited action in the team’s Week 10 and Week 11 games against the Arizona Cardinals and New Orleans Saints, respectively.
The Rams have been one of football’s biggest disappointments in 2022, and it’s mostly due to an incredibly lackluster offense that’s averaging a mere 16.8 points per game this season. At 3-7, the defending Super Bowl champions are a sure bet to miss the playoffs.
The Chiefs and Rams last met on Nov. 19, 2018 in a contest that is widely regarded as the best regular season game ever. The two clubs combined for 105 points, with the home team Rams narrowly escaping with a 54-51 win.
Unfortunately for fans hoping for an epic sequel, it’s not shaping up play out that way. Apparently, some at FOX aren’t so high on the matchup themselves.
