Injuries are a part of football, but some are more gruesome than others. Detroit Lions center Frank Ragnow suffered an injury this past Sunday that not many people have heard of until this week.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport dropped the news that Ragnow actually suffered a fractured throat in the first quarter of last weekend’s game between the Lions and Packers and actually continues to play and finish that game.
According to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, the Lions are consulting with specialists to see how much time Ragnow will need to recover.
