Leighton Vander Esch may have some explaining to do.

During the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, the Cowboys linebacker was flagged for slapping Anthony McFarland while he was on the ground.

During what appeared to be a break in the game, the camera caught him on the sideline mouthing something that social media thinks looks a lot like the n-word.
