Skip Bayless had a lot of criticism for Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes during Wednesday’s episode of ‘Undisputed’.
The veteran analyst returned to television this week and announced a new cast of Richard Sherman, Keyshawn Johnson, and Michael Irving, with the trio coming in to replace Shannon Sharpe following his departure in June.
Wednesday’s show featured a segment in which the hosts argued over the QB they would prefer on a team, with Mahomes and Joe Burrow the two options.
Skip would claim that Burrow is the better of the two as he reckons the KC star plays with unnecessary flair while the Cincinnati Bengals QB simply gets the job done.
“All this stuff. All this sidearm, between the legs, behind the bank [throws] – nobody would let him get away with it except Andy Reid,” Bayless offered. “And it’ll often cost you because he’ll try anything at any time.”
He also noted that Burrow has gotten the best of Mahomes three times out of four.

Still, Mahomes already has two Super Bowls at 27 and is still thought to have a higher ceiling. Statistically, he is also one of the best QBs to ever play the game, having thrown for 24,241 yards and 192 touchdowns since he was drafted in 2017.
Burrow, on the other hand, is still chasing his first ring, though there’s little doubt he will eventually get it.
Of course, there will be fans who agree with Skip, especially the ones who hail from Cincy.
