Not even a quarter into their 2023 regular season, and Skip Bayless is already calling a Super Bowl for his beloved Dallas Cowboys.
Before kickoff for the Cowboys’ season opener against the New York Giants, the FS1 “First Take” host confidently tweeted, “Super Bowl here we come.”
Bayless is no stranger to bold claims and predictions, especially when it comes to his Cowboys. But because it’s the Cowboys, you just knew that Bayless’ message was going to get a lot of heat.

Dallas hasn’t reached the NFC Championship Game since 1995, the last year they won the Super Bowl. The Cowboys are certainly off to a good start against the Giants, but it’s certainly far too early to call them the Super Bowl champs.
