Simone Biles has had enough of people attacking her husband.
After competing at the 2024 U.S. Classic this weekend, Simone Biles has had enough.
Due to his NFL schedule, Owens might not be able to cheer Biles on in the Olympics in Paris, but he has shown support for her this summer as she competes for a spot on the team.
But Biles was offended by the reaction she received after posting pictures of Owens cheering her on at the U.S. Classic this past weekend. She also expresses to her fans that she has had enough.
Biles took to Instagram to share photos of herself and Owens celebrating after her impressive Classic run. “There with you every step of the way,” Owens wrote in the comments.
However, as similar criticism of Owens for claiming he didn’t know who she was before they started dating persisted in other supporters’ comments, Simone Biles made her last remarks on the situation on her Instagram story.

“I’m going to quickly address this, the joke was never a joke! Y’all are blatantly being disrespectful to my relationship & my husband,” Biles wrote. “So I’m gonna go ahead and say this one time. Respectfully, f–k off.”
The dispute started in December 2023 when NFL player Jonathan Owens, Biles’s spouse, was interviewed on The Pivot podcast.
During his interview with the hosts, Owens asserted that Biles approached him and that he was unaware of Biles’ identity prior to their online meeting. When they first got together, Biles was the most decorated American Olympic gymnast in history and was already considered one of the best athletes of all time.
Because he was in college and didn’t have access to NBC or the Olympic Channel, Owens contended that he was unaware of Biles’ existence. According to Owens, the first real moment he realized just how beloved Biles is came when they were out and about together, going to enjoy some dessert, and everyone was starstruck by the world famous gymnast.
Fans were unhappy with Owens’ interview, calling him out on social media for being disrespectful.
Simone Biles Previously Responded to Criticism Over Jonathan Owens’ Relationship Comments
Just days after Jonathan Owens drew backlash after calling himself the “catch” in their relationship and saying he didn’t know who she was before they matched on a dating website, Biles, responded to fans.
“Are y’all done yet?” the four-time Olympic gold medalist wrote in a message on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter. Along with her caption, Biles posted a meme of a young child scratching their head and looking confused.
Unfortunately, it has been months, and the backlash has yet to stop.
