The Kansas City Police Department is responding to a shooting near the Chiefs Champions Victory Parade Route minutes after the parade concluded.
Fans were being escorted out of the area as police tried to determine where the shots came from and how many possible victims there could be.
Kansas City police stated shots were fired near Union Station. They would soon add that multiple people were struck with gunfire and two armed people have been arrested.

It’s unclear how many people may have been shot or what the conditions of the victims might be.
Kansas City police are instructing Super Bowl parade-goers to leave the area as quickly and safely as possible, avoiding the Union Station parking garage.
