It’s not often that Shannon Sharpe takes up for a player on the Dallas Cowboys, but some situations just have to be addressed.
The former NFL tight end blasted the Cowboys franchise for how they have treated Dak Prescott, stating on undisputed that this is the first time he has seen a quarterback accomplish what Prescott has through his first four years in the league, and still have to threaten a holdout.
Skip Bayless then blasted Sharpe for talking bad about Dak for years and now wants to see him paid.

The franchise got blasted all over again when they elected to sign Andy Dalton to be the backup before they figured out what they would do with Dak. It has the makings of them preparing for Dak to holdout and having Dalton there as insurance just in case he does.
Dalton said he is excited to come in and be any type of help to the Cowboys as well as Prescott.
