Fans of FS1 show Undisputed were not pleased to learn the identity of one of the frontrunners in the race to replace Shannon Sharpe.
News of the former NFL tight end getting set to vacate his seat opposite Skip Bayless broke last week as Ryan Glasspiegel of The New York Post reported that Sharpe is being bought out and will leave the show at the end of the NBA season.
The 54-year-old has yet to address this and seems to be just as jolly as he’s always been while debating the biggest NFL and NBA developments vs. Bayless. There’s also nothing concrete on who will be replacing him but, per Front Office Sports, LeSean McCoy is a top candidate and is in line for a tryout.
Fans have already had it up to here with Skip, so they weren’t thrilled to find out the former running back could join him at the table. You could see some of the reactions right below:

McCoy has already wet his feet where sports debate TV is concerned, having joined FS1’s Speak last term. His aggressive style should make him a good fit at Undisputed while he should have no trouble trashing Skip’s Dallas Cowboys as he spent six years playing for the Philadelphia Eagles.
But it appears fans don’t think so.
