Shannon Sharpe is one of the most well-known sports personalities around the world today, and had it not been for Skip Bayless, his analyst career wouldn’t be where it is today. While Sharpe and Bayless may no longer have a close relationship, they still have one.
Recently, Skip Bayless and fellow Fox Sports analyst Joy Taylor were named in a lawsuit against the company. In the lawsuit, Bayless was accused of inappropriate behavior and aiding in creating a troubling work environment.
According to the plaintiff, Noushin Faraji, who was a former hairstylist at the network, the work environment at Fox Sports was misogynistic and sexist, among several other troubling adjectives.
“Ms. Faraji brings forth this action because for over a decade at Fox, she was forced to endure a misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity,” the lawsuit says.
Shannon Sharpe Was Not Named In Fox Sports Lawsuit
Sharpe was not one of the members of Fox Sports who worked at the same time as Faraji, who was named in the lawsuit. However, he did have something to say about it on a recent episode of his “Nightcap” show with Chad Johnson.
“That has nothing to do with me. There’s nothing to address. In those 42 pages, it doesn’t mention that Shannon Sharpe did anything,” Sharpe mentioned before adding, “But you all want to get clicks, so you mention me.”

Skip has been taking shots at Sharpe for years, which is why he eventually decided to quit the show. He told Stephen A Smith, “I considered Skip a friend. For you to take that kind of personal shot at me, it really hurt me.”
While Sharpe has yet to be mentioned in the suit, that still hasn’t stopped analysts from mentioning his name for clicks. It is going to be a heavily followed lawsuit.
