The New York Giants simply cannot catch any breaks.
The Giants are dealing with yet another injury on their offensive line. New York announced on Thursday that guard Shane Lemieux has been placed on injured reserve after he suffered a torn biceps during practice on Wednesday.
The Giants signed lineman Sean Harlow off the Cowboys’ practice squad to take Lemieux’s roster spot. Harlow is the fourth offensive lineman the Giants have added off a practice squad this week.
The team signed Justin Pugh from their own practice squad on Wednesday after adding Tyre Phillips from the Eagles and Joshua Miles from the Falcons on Tuesday.
On top of this news is Daniel Jones dealing with a neck injury that could keep him out a second consecutive game Sunday against the Commanders.
The team is fresh off a game where they showed so much heart and almost pulled off an upset against the Buffalo Bills at Highmark Stadium. Tyrod Taylor finished the game, 24-for-36 for 200 yards and finished with a quarterback rating of 49.3.
