On Saturday, the NFL players’ union voted to ratify the owner-approved proposal for a new collective bargaining agreement, basically agreeing to peace between the two sides through the 2030 season.
1,019 were in favor while 959 opposed (51.5% to 48.5%). The deal also included a 17-game regular-season schedule and an expanded playoff field, among a host of other things.
Not everybody was happy about it, in fact, many of them took to Twitter to voice their displeasure about it.
