The Seattle Seahawks have signed a former Dallas Cowboys highly-touted defensive back to their practice squad, fittingly just four days before the two teams meet at AT&T Stadium.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Seahawks signed ex-Dallas cornerback Kelvin Joseph to their practice squad. The 24-year-old was a second-round pick (44th overall) of the Cowboys in 2021, and he spent his first two seasons.
Before the regular season, Joseph was traded to the Miami Dolphins in a move that brought fellow corner and 2020 first-round pick Noah Igbinoghene over to Dallas. The Dolphins released Joseph last week.
Coming off an ugly Thursday night loss to the San Francisco 49ers, the Seahawks will look to avoid falling to .500 when they visit Dallas on Thursday night.
