The Denver Broncos had arguably the most embarrassing loss of the year and possibly in recent memory.
Denver was blitzed by Miami, 70-20, on Sunday. It’s one of the biggest defeats in the history of the league. Frustrations are seemingly mounting for Broncos head coach Sean Payton.
Payton snapped at a reporter during Sunday’s postgame press conference following the team’s 70-20 defeat against the Dolphins.
After a reporter listed stats in order to provide context for a question about the historically bad nature of the loss in Week 3, Payton got tired and ran out of patience.
“I’m aware. What’s the question?” barked Payton, via Henry McKenna of Fox Sports. “What’s the question? I just finished telling you. Next question.”
The loss sees Denver fall to 0-3 on the year. The first two weeks saw them lose by one point and then two points. They looked like a tam that was close, just needed to finish. Now they are back at square one.

Payton and the Broncos have a lot of work to do before Week 4’s tilt against the Bears, who have also struggled to start the year.
