You can question Drew Lock’s quarterbacking abilities all you want, but the dude sure knows how to take a joke well.
Proof of that came on Monday, when the Seattle Seahawks quarterback took to Twitter to wish everyone in America a happy Fourth of July…especially the intern for the U.S. Open’s Twitter account.

Of course, this all started earlier in the weekend, when a Seahawks fan claimed that tennis is “not a sport” in response to a highlight posted on the Wimbledon Twitter account.
The US Open Twitter account quickly jumped in to defend their fellow Grand Slam tournament, roasting the Seahawks fan because he was “about to watch 17 games of Drew Lock at QB.”

It was a pretty ruthless jab that even Lock’s teammate, wide receiver D.K. Metcalf, didn’t appreciate too much.
Good think Lock has a better sense of humor than his top wideout.
