Scott Pelluer was a star linebacker at Washington State starting in the 1977 season and lasting through the 1980 season before the Cowboys made him a fourth-round pick in the 1981 NFL Draft. The opportunity to team up with his brother unfortunately never came to pass as Steve joined Dallas in 1984, but Scott never suited up in a regular-season game for the Cowboys, as they opted to cut the linebacker coming out of training camp.
Pelluer also contributed on special teams for the team from 1981-86 before he would dive into coaching.
