Sauce Gardner has evolved into a recruiting asset for the New York Jets.
Having made a plea to quarterback Aaron Rodgers, sadly at the expense of Zach Wilson, the 2022 Defensive Rookie of the year is now trying to lure Odell Beckham Jr. to NY.
The Jets are reportedly one of several teams interested in signing the wide receiver this offseason, while they’ve already propositioned Rodgers and are now waiting on his decision.
Gardner appears to be working overtime for his team and, on Friday, he took to Twitter to post a screenshot of himself having a conversation with Beckham via FaceTime while claiming to be the No. 1 recruiter in America.

Beckham had a workout scheduled in Arizona this Friday and the Jets were reported as one of the teams planning to attend.
Of course, Rodgers remains the top priority for New York yet getting a healthy Beckham would be right up there. While they already have offensive rookie of the year Garrett Wilson on their roster, Braxton Berrios has been released and the same could be the case for Corey Davis, so there will be a need for another WR.
It’s no wonder Sauce is on the job.
Beckham helped the Los Angeles Rams win the Super Bowl last in 2022. However, he ruptured his ACL during the game and did not play at all last season. He’s now said to be at 100 percent.
