The New York Jets’ defense did not have a good day against the Dallas Cowboys.
Coming into Sunday, much of the conversation was about Sauce Gardner going against CeeeDee Lamb. By the time the game was over, which the Dallas Cowboys won, the Dallas wideout would put up monster numbers.
Lamb caught just four passes for 77 yards in the Cowboys’ blowout win over the Giants in Week One, so he made up for it in Week Two with 11 catches for 143 receiving yards, including a 31-yard reception.
Gardner saw his name trending on X so he responded to it by stating that CeeDee did not register a catch against him.
Shortly afterward, he would delete his X account.

For the game, Dak Prescott completed 31 of 38 passes for 255 yards and two touchdowns, with no interceptions and one sack.
Dak Prescott is bouncing back nicely from a career-high 15 receptions in 2022.
Through two games, he has yet to record another.
Thanks to Prescott and Lamb, Dallas will now join the Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens, Philadelphia Eagles, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the first five teams to reach two wins in 2023.
