New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley is entering the final season of his rookie contract and will need to have a solid year in order to secure his next big contract. Barkley has often been injured over the past three seasons, missing a total of 21 games, after not missing a single game as a rookie and taking home the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award in 2018.
Barkley is looking to repeat the success he had early on in his career, and he is putting in the work this offseason to ensure he can stay on the field and be productive. Saquon recently posted some images to his Twitter page and he looks absolutely shredded.
Many fans were impressed by what they see and are hoping (and in some cases, expecting) a big bounce back season from the Giants running back in 2022.
Since this is Twitter, you can always expect there to be the haters and trolls who are skeptical.
