Saquon Barkley carried the ball 36 times for 128 yards while also catching three of his five targets for zero yards in the Giants’ 13-10 loss to the Jets.

Alibay Barkley, Saquon’s father, was seen wearing Jets gear while attending the game and as they left MetLife Stadium, per Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic.
“Saquon Barkley’s dad was wearing full-on Jets gear as they walked out of the stadium together. Barkley grew up a Jets fan.”
This could mean something, but could also mean absolutely nothing.

Barkley was already the focal point of the offense, but the Giants leaned even more heavily on the running back after undrafted rookie Tommy DeVito took over under center following Tyrod Taylor’s exit due to an injury.
The Giants dropped to 2-6 as they remain in the basement of the NFC East.
