The San Francisco 49ers got a big boost this week.
Logan Ryan played a season-high 62 defensive snaps in San Francisco’s regular-season finale, and it’s not clear when he picked up the groin injury.
Ryan finally practiced this week just ahead of the team’s pivotal matchup in the divisional round against the Green Bay Packers.
Ryan missed the team’s first practice session of the week on Tuesday, but his ability to practice Wednesday, although it was in a limited capacity, was a step in the right direction for his chances to play Saturday versus the Packers.
Because of that, he will be on the field to play.
Ryan took to social media and revealed he was ready to go.
