The San Francisco 49ers could be getting a lot more dangerous.
The team could look to restock the defensive line in free agency after moving off Arik Armstead.
After losing Kirk Cousins in free agency, it appears the Minnesota Vikings will also be losing stud pass rusher Danielle Hunter.
The Vikings began their free agency with a bang, with ESPN’s Adam Schefter reporting that the team has signed former Texans pass-rusher Jonathan Greenard to a four-year deal. That means Hunter is not coming back.
Before that move, the San Francisco 49ers had been linked to him and now he could be headed there.

Hunter is set to hit the market for the first time since signing a five-year, $72 million contract in 2018.
Hunter totaled 16.5 sacks last season. He recorded 87.5 sacks over the course of his time in Minnesota. He has recorded 26.5 sacks over the last two seasons.
