A former player of the Green Bay Packers is dropping some huge news.
Sam Barrington, who was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round of the 2013 NFL Draft, took to Twitter and stated he spoke with a friend who is in tuned with the Packers-Aaron Rodgers trade saga and stated that the veteran QB is headed to the Raiders.
“Just spoke with a friend of mine who is very in tuned with Packers/Aaron Rodgers situation.”
“Aaron will be a Raider in 2023.”
Davante Adams would soon like that tweet:

There is a strong possibility that Aaron Rodgers is going to be playing for the Raiders, and many have wondered what the cost is going be to trade for him. The fact that Rodgers threatens to retire after every season will only drop his value when the Packers begin listening to trade offers.
A team will certainly want him to play for at least two to three years to maximize their chances of playing for a Super Bowl. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler mentioned that dynamic in a column this week.
“Aaron Rodgers’ year-to-year approach to playing could complicate trade talks for the Green Bay Packers, several execs say, because it’s hard to trade hefty capital for just one year of Rodgers. Teams would prefer at least two seasons with him,” Fowler reported this week in an ESPN insider piece.
It’s no secret that the Packers are ready to kick off the Jordan Love era, but they have to find a team willing to play ball with them and that just might be the Raiders.
