That’s exactly what they did when the Vikings handed the New Orleans Saints another disappointing playoff loss, coming away with a 26-20 Wild Card Round victory.
The Saints overcame a 10-point deficit going into the fourth quarter to send the game to overtime, but Cousins came through with huge plays in overtime to seal the road win.
Drew Brees totaled 208 passing yards, but was unable to stop the team from getting a 3rd-straight early exit for a team with higher expectations. 26 regular season wins has led to just one playoff win and it has the fan base really upset.
One fan got so upset that he grabbed his Drew Brees jersey and a sweatshirt and decided to set it on fire.
