Ryan Tannehill is extremely lucky right now.
The Tennessee QB almost ended his own 2020 season when he called his own number and ran in for a touchdown against the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday Night Football.
He had so much room to score that Tannehill jumped in the air and came down awkwardly as his knee buckled on the landing. He went down to the ground after that but would pop right back up.
