Going into the new week of the 2022 NFL season, there was a lot of buzz about how badly Russell Wilson has performed every week except against his former team in the Seattle Seahawks.
The offensive output from the team has been incredibly frustrating and the fan base has booed him and the offense several times.
A Subway ad that Wilson created this year is upsetting folks even more because of how super awkward it is. The commercial shows Wilson in a leather jacket and gloves doing different “moves” with a Subway sandwich known as the Dangerwich.

Wilson is fresh off a 19–16 loss to the Chargers in overtime on Monday Night Football.
After going a perfect 10-of-10 for 116 yards and a touchdown in the first quarter, Wilson struggled in the second half and overtime going 3-of-11 for 15 yards in Monday’s loss.
With Denver (2–4) set to face the surging Jets on Sunday, that equates to a short week for Wilson.
He has thrown for 1,442 yards and five touchdowns and three interceptions while recording 7.3 yards per passing attempt through six games.
