Russell Wilson has some massive aspirations after getting traded from the Seattle Seahawks to the Denver Broncos.
Addressing the media last week for the first time since the trade became official, Wilson said: “My goal is to play 10 or 12 more years and hopefully win three, four more Super Bowls, that’s the plan. That’s the mindset. That’s why I came here, to finish my career here and hopefully finish on top as a champion. And do it multiple times.”
Wilson shared a picture this week that spoke to the people who think his good days are behind him.
“They thought I was done… I told ’em I’m just gettin’ started. #LetsRide,” Wilson wrote.
The Denver Broncos certainly did not think Wilson was done as they acquired him and a 2022 fourth-round pick in exchange for TE Noah Fant, DE Shelby Harris, QB Drew Lock, 2022 first-, second- and fifth-round picks and 2023 first- and second-round picks.
That is a ton of draft picks to give up for a 31-year-old QB. The Broncos are set up in a way to win right now, and Wilson just might be what they need to get the job done.

Last year, Wilson completed 64.8% of his passes for 3,113 yards with 25 touchdowns and only six interceptions in 14 games played. Those types of numbers would make Broncos fans drool after what they have been subject to for the past few years.
