For those who never had the opportunity to try Russell Wilson’s “Dangerwich” from Subway Sandwiches, we have some bad news for you. It appears as though it’s been taken off Subway’s “Vault” menu.
Back in February, around Super Bowl time, Subway introduced their online “Vault” menu, which featured subs from various NFL stars. Among them was Russell Wilson’s “Dangerwich,” which came with “pepperoni, salami, black forest ham, provolone cheese and bacon on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, topped with lettuce, green peppers, tomatoes, banana peppers, and finished with yellow mustard and mayo.”
It didn’t really take off at the time, but the “Dangerwich” has gained popularity as of late — especially from Russ’ critics and haters — thanks to the combination of poor play and painfully awkward commercials from the Denver Broncos quarterback.
To absolutely no one’s surprise, Wilson’s commercials have become the target of memers everywhere:

Russell Wilson’s “Dangerwich” sandwich is long longer available at the Subway ‘Vault’ after weeks of trolling.
Seemingly uninterested in watching one of their sandwiches turn into a punchline, it appears as though Subway has now pulled the “Dangerwich” from their “Vault” menu.
Several brave souls attempted to order the sandwich today on Subway’s Vault, but could no longer find it.
If you missed out, don’t be too mad. This dude has a solution for you:
Russell Wilson will hope for better results than his sandwich when the Broncos take on the suddenly-soaring New York Jets this Sunday.
