The Denver Broncos’ newest quarterback is setting roots in Colorado with the purchase of his new home.
Wilson and his wife Ciara just laid down a mega purchase of a $25 million mansion in the Denver area.
According to the listing on Realtor.com, the home has 20,060 square feet.
Here’s a look at some of the other features of the property:
- Four bedrooms
- 12 bathrooms
- Nine garage spaces
- Hot tub
- Pool
According to Front Office Sports, the purchase is the most-expensive single-family home sold in Denver-area history. The former record was held by former Denver Broncos head coach Mike Shanahan when he purchased his home for $15.72 million for a 13-bedroom home, in the same neighborhood.

Last week, Wilson put his Washington mansion for sale for $36 million. His previous home had 11,104 square feet with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Wilson was traded to Denver back in March after 10 seasons with the Seattle Seahawks. While he hasn’t even suited up for a game with his new team, the nine-time Pro Bowler has already had an intangible impact on his teammates, according to Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton.
“You all can feel it, we all can feel it,” Sutton said, per NBC’s ProFootballTalk. “The juice is just different… Knowing that we have a guy that has been at the top of that mountain before, has won a Super Bowl before, does know what it’s like to be at the highest level and lead his team to the Super Bowl.”
