Las Vegas Raiders superstar wide receiver Davante Adams is one of the top names to monitor in the NFL trade rumor mill this upcoming offseason.
The Raiders gave up 2022 first and second-round picks to the Green Bay Packers in the 2022 offseason in exchange for Adams, who was then awarded a lucrative $140 million deal over five years.
But the Raiders have missed the postseason in back-to-back years now, and a roster reset feels like a good possibility under new head coach Antonio Pierce.
Joe Caporoso of Whistle Sports proposed the idea of the New York Jets reuniting Adams and Aaron Rodgers by acquiring the future Hall of Fame wideout in exchange for 2024 third and 2025 second and fourth-round picks:
There’s plenty of speculation that the Jets will look to bring in Adams to bolster the offense upon Rodgers’ return in 2024. They were the NFL’s best QB-WR duo during their eight-year run together in Green Bay, after all.
