Back-to-back winning seasons were not enough for Brian Flores to keep his job as coach of the Miami Dolphins. His surprise firing on Monday shocked the football world. That was until more stories started to come out.
The most insane rumor out there right now is that Flores was in so much disbelief of Tua’s body transformation that he allegedly had him tested for performance enhancing drugs multiple times this past season.
At one point during the season, Tua could be heard yelling at Flores “you can’t treat people this way.”
When Flores was let go, Kenny Stills seemed to allude to stuff going on with his Twitter response.

As the article stated above, there were a heated halftime argument between Flores and Tagovailoa from a game earlier this season and an incident from October when Tua’s trainer called Flores out.
Flores was hired in February 2019 and the team started 0-7 in his first season, 1-3 last season and 1-7 this season. Despite the bad starts, the team would always find a way to get better as the season went along, going 20-8 in games played in November, December and January.
Flores went 24-25 while failing to make the playoffs in his three seasons in Miami, but finishing this year with eight wins in the final nine games. Despite the many stories that continue to come out, there is a good chance that Flores will get another job as a head coach based on his defensive success over the years.
The next Miami coach will be the team’s 11th since its most recent playoff victory on Dec. 30, 2000.
