Jets head coach Robert Saleh aimed a shot at several quarterbacks.
After scoring a big upset win over the Philadelphia Eagles behind a four-turnover performance by the defense, Robert Saleh said the Jets have been putting a whooping on opposing quarterbacks.
“Per the usual, outstanding,” the head coach said, before adding, “You know, through these first six weeks we’ve played a gauntlet of quarterbacks.
“And I know we haven’t gotten all wins, but we’ve embarrassed all of ‘em.”
Saleh also took another shot as he walked off the podium. “They ain’t 12-0 no more!” Saleh could be heard saying.
The list of quarterbacks includes Josh Allen, Dak Prescott, Mac Jones, Patrick Mahomes, Russell Wilson, and Jalen Hurts, who tossed three interceptions. Saleh’s team also earned Gang Green’s first-ever win over Philadelphia in franchise history.

Going through that gauntlet and coming out at .500 after Aaron Rodgers’ season was cut short after just four plays is a rousing success for this team.
If the Jets defense can keep playing hot, New York is in line to rattle off a few more wins in the coming weeks, with matchups against the Giants and Raiders on the horizon.
