For what appears to be the second time in two years, Robert Kraft has gotten off in his Asian Spa sex case. Not in that way. Get your mind out of the gutter.
Prosecutors in Florida decided Thursday to drop prostitution charges filed last year against New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, according to TMZ.
“Although there was probable cause to make an arrest,” state attorney David Aronberg wrote in court docs, “the evidence cannot prove all legally required elements of the crime alleged and is insufficient to support a criminal prosecution.”
It was back in 2019 when cops filed charges against Kraft and dozens of other men as part of a crackdown on illicit massage parlors and human trafficking in Florida. The 79-year-old faced two counts of soliciting another to commit prostitution.
There were recordings of the sexual acts, but the court blocked use of the video footage at trial.
