Robert Kraft is determined to fight this thing with every bone in his body.
The New England Patriots owner and his lawyers are back at it again with yet another excuse as to why the alleged Asian spa sextapes shouldn’t be released to the public and this might be the worst excuse yet.
TMZ explains:
In new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Kraft’s attorneys argue releasing the video — which allegedly shows Kraft receiving sex acts — would inflict “irreparable harm on Mr. Kraft before essential legal determinations and proceedings can run their course.”
“If released, these … videos are guaranteed to be broadcast all around the world, thereafter making it virtually impossible for Mr. Kraft to obtain a fair trial.”
Um, yea. That’s kind of how evidence works. It’s presented and then jurors can determine from there.
Kraft and his lawyers then tried to explain that releasing the video would also do harm to the masseuses, so they want to protect them as well.
This seems more of an effort to protect himself and what’s left of his image.
