Former star tight end Rob Gronkowski is just as turned off by Baby Gronk’s dad as everyone else is and is planning to hit him with a cease and desist.
The four-time Super Bowl champion, the real Gronk, discussed the internet sensation while speaking to the Bussin’ with the Boys podcast in a recent interview, revealing he has been contacted by his father, Jake San Miguel, around “500 times.”
He said: “Four weeks ago, my brother told me, ‘Yo, have you seen Baby Gronk?’ ‘Did I see him? ‘ I go, ‘His dad hit me up 500 times already.’ He goes, ‘Don’t do anything. The dad is so annoying,’ Gronk said.
“And this was like five, six weeks ago. And then all of a sudden, two weeks later, it’s coming out everywhere.
“Yeah, it’s to a point where it’s awkward. It’s too far.”
Gronk added that they would “cease and desist Baby Gronk’s dad.”
Baby Gronk, whose real name is Madden San Miguel, should consider another moniker as the man who made the phrase Gronk famous has given him the worst endorsement he could hope to receive, thanks to his father.
The youngster does appear to have some serious talent but it’s really his dad who’s been turning everyone off as he’s been pressuring athletes and the like for collabs while telling the 11-year-old exactly what to say during interviews.
