Kyle Allen was brought back to Earth on Sunday, not only suffering his first taste of defeat, but doing so in blowout fashion.
The San Francisco 49ers took the field against the Carolina Panthers, and by the time they left the field, they would’ve put up 51 on the road team and send Kyle Allen licking his wounds. Following the game, 49ers CB Richard Sherman tweet quoted a tweet from ESPN insider Field Yates that pointed out Panthers quarterback Kyle Allen’s chances at breaking the record of most passing attempts prior to an interception.
He simply laughed at it because Allen threw 3 interceptions on the day.
Allen only completed 19 of 37 pass attempts while throwing for just 158 yards and zero touchdowns.
The national media might not want to talk about the 49ers much, but this team is clearly for real and continues to roll over every opponent that is put in front of them.
