According to ESPN, two ladies have filed a lawsuit against former kicker Brandon McManus and the Jacksonville Jaguars for an alleged incident that allegedly happened on a team aircraft to London in September 2023. The two women have accused former Jaguars kicker Brandon McManus of sexual abuse.
The two ladies, known in the case as Jane Doe I and Jane Doe II, filed the claim on May 24 in Duval County Circuit Civil Court, according to court documents obtained by the outlet. They accused McManus of “rubbing himself against” and “grinding against” the women during the trip.
Incorporated into the claims of sexual misconduct involving a pair of flight attendants is an additional potentially significant concern for the company. The Jaguars might face severe repercussions from the NFL if alcohol was offered or consumed during the flight.
Alcohol was “definitely” involved, according to witnesses on the plane where Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Brandon McManus is accused of sexually assaulting two women. This information was obtained by Pro Football Talk on NBC Sports, which obtained the court documents containing the witness testimonies.
This is a huge problem.
On a journey to London last year, witnesses reportedly saw McManus handing out $100 and urging flight attendants to “drink and dance for him appropriately.” Additionally, it states that three flight attendants who were employed by Altas Air World Holdings are no longer with the business.

In addition to the already troubling circumstances, Brandon McManus might be punished further because the NFL forbids alcohol consumption on airplanes.
Pro Football Talk pointed to a leaked memo where the league threatened “significant discipline” to anybody following a pair alcohol related-incidents on team flights in 2022.
Doug Pederson Said It Was ‘Obviously Disappointing’ To Hear of Brandon McManus Lawsuit
Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson spoke out on the lawsuit filed against kicker Brandon McManus and the team.
“I saw the article that came out. Obviously disappointing to hear the news that took place,” Pederson said. “Other than that, honestly, being that it’s a legal matter at this time, I can’t really comment until more information is gathered.”
The Jaguars also released a statement on Monday night. “We’re aware of the complaint, and we acknowledge the significance of the claims,” the team said. “As we continue to look into the matter, it bears emphasizing that we insist on an organization built by people who represent our community and game with the highest character and class.”
