The NFL trade deadline is looming near and there are several teams around the league contacting other front offices to gauge their interest in trading some of their best players.
That would also include a dynamic player in DeAndre Hopkins.
Onb Sunday, Jay Glazer reported that several teams have been contact with the Houston Texans to see if they would be willing to part ways with their star wide receiver. He stated that it would be unlikely to happen, and if it did, would require a substantial package in return.
Glazer doubts it will happen before Tuesday’s deadline and specifically mentions that Hopkins is not on the trade block.
So far through 2019, Hopkins has 49 catches for 508 yards and three touchdowns for the 4-3 Texans who sit in 2nd place in the AFC South.
