Who knew Tampa Bay would become the new “It” place to be, but that seems to be happening after the announcement of Tom Brady heading there to play for the remainder of his career.
ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reported on Thursday that several NFL players are now interested in joining Brady in Tampa Bay.
“An unexpected high number of players have reached out to the Buccaneers to let them know they want to join the former Patriots’ QB there, per league sources,” he reports.
The Bucs already boast one of the deepest wide receivers units in the NFL, with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin leading the way. It would be interesting to see if players would be willing to take massive pay cuts to come there just for a chance to play with the legend and possibly win a Super Bowl.
Antonio Brown and Josh Gordon would likely be two of them.
Much excitement is coming for Bucs fans in 2020.
