Robert Kraft was formally charged with two counts of solicitation Monday, and could face between sixth months and a year in jail, in addition to a mandatory 100 hours of community service, a mandatory $5,000 fine, and a mandatory class on the dangers of prostitution and human trafficking.
This was following the prostitution sting that revealed he was one of hundreds of men who frequented a Day Spa and others during a widespread investigation.
Investigators stated the New England Patriots owner visited the parlor on January 19th and 20th. At the first visit, on Saturday January 19, Kraft paid for a threesome in which two women ‘manipulated his genitals.’
Kraft allegedly paid both women with a $100 bill.
The following day, Kraft had returned to Orchids of Asia Day Spa and was videotaped receiving oral and manual sex from a woman inside that spa.
From that encounter, Kraft jumped on a plane and joined his team as they got set to face the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game.
