Teddy Bridgewater is a wanted man.
According to Dianna Russini, the Carolina Panthers, who told Cam Newton’s agent they can seek a trade, have been showing strong interest in former Saints QB teddy Bridgewater.
Panthers offensive coordinator Joe Brady previously worked with Bridgewater in New Orleans, so familiarity might be huge for Teddy to choose them.
Soon after, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network added that the New England Patriots were also showing interest in Bridgewater after Tom Brady stated his willingness to move on to a new team.
The 27-year-old Bridgewater completed 67.8 percent of his passes for 1,384 yards, nine touchdowns and two interceptions in 2019. He also went an impressive 5-0 when Drew Brees went down with an injury.
