J.J. Watt may not be in the prime of his career anymore, but he still very good at what he does, so it’s not shocking to see that the majority of the league wants him.
Bill Huber of SI.com is reporting that the Packers are among the interested teams in the free agent defensive lineman.
Watt being from Wisconsin is a reason why so many Packers fans are thinking he would be headed home, however, the Packers do have some issues as they are projected to be over the cap.
Also on the Watt train are the Cleveland Browns as Field Yates reported.
Unlike the Packers — the Browns have no issues with cap room and could sign Watt comfortably.
Ed Werder of ESPN reported that there are approximately twelve teams interested in Watt including the Steelers, Bills, and Titans.

The 31-year-old was owed a non-guaranteed base salary of $17.5 million in 2021.
Last season, Watt recorded 52 tackles, five sacks, an interception, two forced fumbles, a recovery, a defensive touchdown, and seven passes defended.
