“A law enforcement source tells us at least one person involved in the crash has died.”
Ruggs’ attorney, David Chesnoff, tells TMZ Sports, “On behalf of our client Henry Ruggs III we are conducting our own investigation as of this writing and ask everyone to reserve judgment until all the facts are gathered.

To make matters worse, Ruggs showed signs of being impaired.
The fiery crash involved two cars; a Toyota Rav4 and a Chevrolet Corvette which was driven by Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III, police said. Ruggs III is facing a felony charge of DUI.
Ruggs, who was part of a star-studded receiving corps at Alabama, had a somewhat disappointing rookie year with Las Vegas in 2020.
For the 2021 season, Ruggs has 24 catches for 469 yards and 2 touchdowns.
