Could Russell Wilson be on the move this offseason?
That notion came up on Super Bowl Sunday when NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport reported that multiple teams have been calling the Seattle Seahawks and inquiring about Russell Wilson.
Unfortunately for them, the Seahawks have no interest in parting ways with their star quarterback.
The last thing the Seahawks would want to do is part ways with a top level QB in a division that has Kyler Murray and now Matt Stafford in it. The 49ers are also expected to find a new QB this offseason as well.
Wilson is coming off a season where he tossed for 4,212 yards with 40 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. None of those numbers mattered as the team lost to the Los Angeles Rams in the playoffs.
A disappointing end to a promising season.
