A new ruling is expected in the case involving Denver Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy.
Per Adam Schefter, the district attorney in Arapahoe County has moved to dismiss the charges against him.
The third-year receiver was arrested this offseason and charged with second-degree criminal tampering with a domestic violence enhancer. The girlfriend of Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy asked a judge earlier this month to dismiss a misdemeanor case against him stemming from a dispute between them.
The woman, who has a one-month-old child with Jeudy, told Judge Chantel Contiguglia that she did not feel threatened during the incident and made contact with authorities to “monitor the situation,” The Denver Post reported.
In 2021, Jeudy appeared in 10 games for the Broncos and caught 38 passes for 467 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
